Click on image to zoom in, click & drag to pan.
Use the menu at the bottom of the image to zoom in & out, pan, and reset zoom to top level.
You can also drag The zoom outline box in the top left map view to pan.
The keyboard cursor keys can be used to pan, Shift to zoom in, Ctrl to zoom out, Esc to reset zoom.
